This is an honest reference claim, not a retroactive claim that all completed work began from one uniform printed edition. Material manuscript forks remain independently documented at the reading they affect.

WH and NA28 read 'out of heaven.' Tregelles and RP explicitly add that the fire comes from God out of heaven.
Why this default
The shorter ‘from heaven’ leads because WH and NA28 support it and divine agency is already clear from the narrative, making the explicit ‘from God’ a natural clarification.
